Neil Shaw, DVM

Dr. Shaw is a true Florida Gator, earning his undergraduate and DVM degrees at the University of Florida and continuing at the UF College of Veterinary Medicine for internship and residency in small animal internal medicine.  Dr. Shaw founded Florida Veterinary Specialists in Tampa; Florida in 1996; now one of the largest private veterinary hospitals in the country.  Dr. Shaw founded NYC Veterinary Specialists in 2006 and currently serves as the Medical Director.  Dr. Shaw is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, has served in numerous leadership positions in organized veterinary medicine; and regularly leads discussion throughout the country on issues relating to small animal practice.
